👉🏻 Our guest is Dr. Jason Silvernail DPT, DSc. Jason earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Scranton, and his Doctor of Science degree from Baylor University. He is board-certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Army-Baylor Army-Baylor Doctoral Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy at Fort Sam Houston, earning him a Fellowship in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. Dr. Silvernail is on active duty in the US Army at the rank of Colonel where he is the Consultant to the Army Surgeon General for Physical Therapy. Jason has been stationed across the United States and in Europe over his 30+ year career, and has deployed to hostile fire areas in the middle east and Afghanistan. He is a leader, clinician, and researcher. Jason has published clinical commentaries and original research in the medical literature and has a prominent professional presence online where he talks about evidence-based practice, clinical care, communication, and health care leadership.
