šš»Guillaume graduated in Physiotherapy from Bordeaux (France) in 2005 and began his career working with a professional football club. Since 2007, he has specialized in musculoskeletal conditions in private practice, now focusing exclusively on shoulder pathologies. He holds an MSc in Physiotherapy and Education from the University of Brighton (UK), where he researched home exercise prescription, shared decision-making, and reflective practice. As a trainer, Guillaume teaches Motivational Interviewing, Reflective Clinical Practice, and the course āMotivating Patients to Do Their Home Exercises.ā He also hosts the āEvidence Based Physio Podcastā in French and co-founded lāAgence EBP, a continuing education organization for healthcare professionals.
