👉🏻Dr. Karim Khan is a Sport and Exercise Medicine Physician and Professor of Sports Medicine at the University of British Columbia (Canada), with experience working with Olympic, professional, and ballet athletes. He has contributed extensively to research on tendon injuries and bone health, and is the co-author of the classic textbook Clinical Sports Medicine. He served as Editor-in-Chief of the British Journal of Sports Medicine, was a social media pioneer in sports medicine, and is the Scientific Director of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research-Institute of Musculoskeletal Health and Arthritis.
